You need to start by lookng after your body and get to know when your symptoms start, thats what I did, and then you need to take some kind of supplements especially for women to balance out hormones and for all your symptoms and tell yourself that it is just my hormones fighting a raging war, but it will soon pass once you are in control of your emotions and deal with them.
I know its difficult because I have been to hell and back, I am very fortunate though that my herbal supplements agree with me, maybe it wont help other people but try a take something to help even out those dreaded hormones and life will be smiling upon you again, I went through hell 4 years ago, I dont wish it even on my worst enemy to go through PERI, this sight has really assured me that its not me thats feeling the way I did its my hormrones that did it for me, so try to understand your body and listen to it, keep a daily diary if you have to, to keep all your symptoms written down, it also helps, I suffered for 2 weeks out of every month with symptoms.
