Hi I am 46 and my periods are getting irregular, might also be due to an ovarian cysts I have. Anyways this month I have been experiencing these moments of feeling warmer, my upper body gets warmer and i get a little tacky, mostly occurs late at night. No drenching sweats. i am due for my long lost period and have had this in its place. sound like the real deal?

I've experienced hot flashes since last October. Some have been quite intense, lasting for a few minutes, and my face turns bright red. Lately, I've experienced a warming of my upper body and a sweaty or tacky feeling, like you've described. Most of the time, my face gets a sharp, tingly feeling, like little needles sticking me. While my hot flashes haven't been exactly enjoyable, they haven't been uncomfortable enough to want to take herbs or meds for them. I hope the same goes for you.
