Just wanted to say it took 3 weeks, but my hot flashes are completely gone!! I'm taking 1mg of estradoil (plant based) pill form in the morning and 1/2 mg at night. And the most important, I have not had any weight gain or axiety/depression. Just wanted to pass this info on to anyone who has had unbearable hot flashes like I did every 30 min.
I did try Estroven for 2 yrs at the age of 51 and I thought that it was working. The hot flashes would come and go. Guess I was not in full blown menopause. At the age 0f 53 the hot flashes begain and continued every 30 mins. I had a partial hysterectomy, so I did not have to take progesterin Just wanted to let everyone know, there is something that definitely works
