Slowbear,

In what form are you takimg soy isoflavones? Pills, capsules, powder, ect? Any other ingredient? How much?

Hi Slowbear.

I have been eating a Revival Soy bar daily, usually around lunchtime (in place of a meal) and have not had any adverse effects. I also take the vitamins and munch on the chips later in the day. I think, just a little bit, that I am having a few less hot flashes. I am about two and a half weeks into trying the Revival products.

Have you tried taking it at a different time of day, possibly, or perhaps with food? I know that the vitamins are supposed to be taken with a meal. Are you ingesting it along with caffiene? Too much caffiene?

I would play around with when/how I was taking it and see if that doesn't help some. If not, maybe it is not the answer for you. If you are taking Revival, I would call them and ask them about it.

Something else, Slowbear. Are you getting enough fluids/water? Dehydration is the culprit of many things also, like peri is.

That is so true Sharon. It has been real HOT across the states this summer. I would get up and feel dizzy.
I realized I was not drinking enough water.
