Hi, I have just found out that I have vitamin B12 definency and I am having to have injections for replacement. Does anyone know anything about this or indeed had the very same thing? Hugs Jen

I have had a b12 problems for a lot of years now and take a shot every month. It can be annoying,but it does help.
