I can't find a low does 10mg per 2oz cream with herbs. Betty Kamen recommends a low does cream but I have googled all over and every cream I find is a very high dose. Anyone have any experience with a low dose cream?

that should read low dose cream. I guess my brain AND fingers aren't working anymore.

Hi Oncourse, I have a low does progesterone cream that I bought years ago for PMS. It is called "Bliss" It has 5mg per 2oz. I did not find it to work very well for PMS, but then again I did not use it a lot either. You can find it on line. I am not sure if it has herbs or not. I hope this helps.

would it work if you bought the higher percentage cream or gel, then reduced the amount you use daily?

Hi!

Exactly you can reduce the amount!

Contrary to what was advised in Dr. Lee´s first book, we now know that the skin of the buttocks, inner thighs an low abdomen are not quite as good...."
