I finally received my BHRT today from Bellevue. It is Estriol 3mg/ Estradiol 3mg/Testosterone 2.5 mg all per 2ml Duragel. I am to apply 1ml twice daily. Does anyone know if this dosage is low, mid-range or high?

I am using 1 mg Biestrogen (Estradiol/Estriol 80/20), 30 ml progesterone, and 1mg Testosterone. Each applied 1ml, once a day.

If that is of any help to you! I feel like I am still not as good as I could be, but definitely better than without it. I get another saliva test this week and see my doctor after that so maybe I will get an increase.

I hope you get results soon! It took 10 days before I felt anything different and then all of a sudden my migraines went away, my sex drive came back bigtime, and I was feeling quite intelligent and just a general sense of well being. Lately though, (I have only been using them for 3 months) my migraines are creeping back, my sex drive is not quite as strong and my intelligence and well being are not quite as good. Still better than before hormone therapy though.
