Can any of you who experience or have experienced the internal tremors please be kind enough to explain what your feeling? I truly think I have some sort of brain tumor or brain cancer....This feeling is constant. It feels as though my brain is litterally shaking. I ask my H if he can feel me shake when it happen, of course he says no. This phenomenom is making it difficult for me to fall asleep. During the day when I am at work at my desk my brain shakes. Its doing it right now. Not every second but in intervals. five or so seconds, stops for anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. I notice this is worse when, like the last few days i've had a pressure type headache. I feel as though my head is in a vice. I just started my period and the symptoms came on more strong during the pms and now during. This s*cks, I'm scared and just cant bring myself to go to a neurologist. Please share your symptoms. I can image my neurons and electrons misfiring like this...its been going on since Feb 28th. Thanks

Hi Garraway
Worry ye not......I have this - and it gets through my whole body esp brain, chest and tummy.
There is also a lady in our local support gorup who has EXCACTLY the same thing you decrsibe
It is like having a motor running inside me. My brain feels over-stimulated - when I try to sleep (which I dont) my brain shocks me awake - I twitch and jerk as I try to get to sleep
I though I had some kind of degenerative disease (had all the tests - MRI/CT etc) but they found nothing so are leaving me be....as they obviously dont know what it is
I am convinced it is peri - cos it started with all the other weird and whacky stuff
There is a Internal Shaking (movers and shakers) board here at PS where you will find a lot of support from others - I know JennyJJJ started a study group for fellow sufferers
The neuroendocrine and vasomotor stuff in peri is no picnic is it!!!
