I take Yasmin BCPs and take them 3 packs in a row, then skip a week to get a period. If any of you on BCPs do that too, do you have any symptoms when you go back on them? I have been nauseous and gassy all this week since going back on the piils last Sunday. I know the pills make your body think it's pregnant but I never thought I'd have morning sickness all day long and not be pregnant!

May I ask why you take BCP? Are you in perimenopause or menopause?

I used to do this when on the pill - and the pill did make me nauseous and gassy (more IBS than nausea for me though) - this is why I came off it last January and I ended up in surprise menopause cos I didn't have a period for 7 months so never restarted pill and the rest is history!!!!

When I was on the pill (in my 20's) which was many moons ago, I would get morning sickness feeling everytime I would start a new pack of pills. It was awful but after I was on them for a few months, it got better as my body got used to the drug.
