I had a myomectomy two years ago (abdominal surgery to remove fibroids but leave the uterus) because I was the size of a 4 month pregnancy and causing lots of problems.

They've already grown back somewhat, but not as bad as they were. If it stays like this, I can deal with it. So I'm really paranoid about taking anything that might promote fibroid growth!

I'm hoping to get through peri without HRT, but I'm already experiencing vaginal dryness and discomfort (atrophy?)

So... my question is: has anyone here who has fibroids used vaginal hormones for any length of time? I know the amount of estrogen is small, but I still worry it could trigger fibroid growth.
