How about this one. Has anyone out there had the bottom of their feet get really warm? It is so annoying that I end up sleeping with my feet out from under the blanket with a fan on them. unsure.gif

Yep - that is why I wear open toed shoes even in the dead of winter. People look at me as if I am crazy.

Oh my goodness yes - I am not crazy! biggrin.gif I do the blanket thing too, but haven't needed a fan yet. I often stand on the tile in the bathroom just to cool my feet off.

Today, the bottom of my left foot has been very warm all day. And the other foot is ice cold! Weird and very annoying!

It used to happen only when I would have a drink (alcohol), but now it's happening for seemingly no particular reason at all.

Oh the fun... wink.gif

[[Thanks guys! I knew that I would here something about this symptom in power surge! This is such a great place. I had my one and only son when I was 39 and had my tubes tied the next day. of course the doctors will tell you that having your tubes tied doesn't produce any symptoms. Wrong! I couldn't produce any milk, and went straight into post-partum depression. No one tested my hormones at this time. Since then, I have had a brand new symptom every 6 months, and I am only 43. I have packed on 30 pounds and can't seem to lose it. dry.gif Again, thanks for the feedback.

grinning as i write this - i have stuck my feet outside the bed covers for years! and the weight gain, sigh....... managed to stay slim till my early 40's, but nothing works now...

My feet get hot and I stick one or both of them out of the covers at night. I call it "climate control". My toes twitch a lot as well. Does anyone get that?
Margali
I don't have the hot feet symptom but I have always stuck one foot, and sometimes both feet, out from under the covers at night as temperature control. My college roomies thought it really looked weird when I had both feet out while sleeping on my back, it looks like I am hugging the blanket !

Glad to see I'm not the only one! It's strange, only my right foot gets hot. I stick my foot out of the covers, too (when I have them on, that is!). I've also noticed that my hands and feet get numb and tingly more quickly, when I put pressure on my arms, wrists or ankles (either laying on them when I sleep, or crossing my legs when I'm sitting or laying down).

I am experiencing this too! I wake up and my limbs are asleep, or if I'm reading in the chair with my legs crossed, my foot can fall asleep instantly! What the heck!

Hi Everyone,

Before Perimenopause, I always had to sleep with bedsocks on, no matter what!
But lately, I can't stand to have anything on my feet when I sleep!
Another fun symptom! laugh.gif

Ok...Another list I can add my name to...

I don`t really get the hot or warm feet, but I do get the tingly, itchy feeling on my feet. It comes and goes...and also my arms and feet tend to fall asleep and get that tingly, weird feeling. When I tend to not move them for awhile.

I have heard though, that Peri and Meno does affect the circulatory system,so I guess this might be why..who knows huh.gif ....

How funny is that?! I never thought of it as a meno thing.

It usually feels like the bottoms of my feet are ON FIRE in the few seconds leading to a really good orgasm. biggrin.gif

Wow! I had no idea this could be a symptom but have had it for some time now. Another one to add to the ever-growing list!!
