Dear All,
I am so relieved to find this site as I have been having a terrible time. I am 45 and while I've had depression and anxiety before, I have never been so forgetful as I began to become last summer. It seems particularly bad when I've just woken up. I've also had sleeping problems, especially insomnia linked to PMS. I used to have quite a good memory and to only be forgetful occassionally (locking myself out etc) but this is worse. My GP who knows me well has put me on cipralex, an anti - depressant, for anxiety and depression and I'm hoping it will help. I'm also taking vitamin and mineral supplements and my diet has never been so good! Reading the posts here has been really helpful, so thank you.

I can relate to what you are saying. Sometimes I come to this forum to look up something in particular but when I get here - I can't remember what I came here for laugh.gif

Hi, I nearly couldn't find my way back here, should have bookmarked the page! Your post made me laugh, as did re-reading the last bit of mine. I am on so many supplements and pills (with doctor's approval) I think I might start to rattle and then think I've developed another symptom!

I can relate to your post. I also used to have a good memory, but lately I have to write everything down. My son has noticed it also. He thinks I am going senile! LOL! ohmy.gif
