Full Version: Just Ordered Sample of Revival

Hello. I am new to this site and this is my first time posting. I am 49 and just ordered a trial order of the Revival shakes with fructose. My current problems have been waking up, some night sweats and some total, complete mood swings from one day to the next (and I am still getting my period every month).

Do most people take the shakes once a day? If so, how soon do you start to feel a difference? Also, have some women found that they had no affect from the Revival?

I'm looking forward to trying it and hoping to turn my 71 year old mother on to it who could use the cholesterol lowering effects and weight loss effects, as well as helping her moods, etc.

Lynnb,
Take one shake or bar each day. I started to see results in mood, energy, headaches went away, etc. after a few weeks although the company says to give it 4-8 weeks before starting to see results. I am sleeping better also, but that is after several months of revival. Things like effecting cholesterol will take longer. I have never had hot flashes or night sweats, but think that if they are to come, that the revival might keep them away or minimal. Revival has definitely improved my overall sense of well being.

Hi,

I've been taking Revival for a week now but I wanted to ask if anyone has felt tired or had a kind of "drugged up feeling" in the morning? Sometimes I can hardly get out of bed and just want to sleep.

okay, I am looking forward to any replies.. smile.gif

Thanks and I hope you're all doing good today.

Sorry you haven't gotten a response to your question, Gez. Personally, I'm so behind on the boards (for obvious reasons which most of you know) and haven't looked in this topic for a while.

I can tell you that since 1998 when I first started using Revival and first started talking about it on the site, I can't remember ever hearing of anyone saying they felt "tired" after using Revival - not on the board, not in E.mails sent to me about it and not in the Ask The Soy Doctor/Experts.

Revival is loaded with protein and soy isoflavones and that combo should, and usually does, have the opposite effect -- by providing energy, reducing lethargy and fatigue -- to say nothing of all the other positive effects it has on women -- especially on menopause symptoms.

For those who may be new and haven't read my experiences with Revival, you can read the older topics in this forum and also read about my discovery of and experience with Revival - here.

Thanks Dearest, for your reply~

I'm doing okay on the Revival now and I dont feel tired anymore. My periods have become very irregular, so my symptoms are returning. I've been taking Revival for 4 weeks and I'm hoping that I will stabilize and get back on my feet. This has been a hard, long struggle.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I know things have been very difficult for you lately.

Take care~

I started on the Revival Shakes on June 2nd and couldn't be happier. What an improvement in just a short period. My dizziness is under control (I was missing work due to it) and my BP is again normal. I feel like a new person and just in this short time. I can't wait to see how I will feel in the long term but I know that I will never be without Revival Soy. One shake in the morning and chips or nuts in the PM for a snack. I have energy, I want to do things and I feel great. I understand that this is not typical in such a short time, but it has certainly worked for me. I am totally impressed with this product.

I've heard so many great things about Revival that I ordered a 2 week supply to see if I can tolerate it. So far so good. I pray it helps me the way it has helped so many others.

Who knows how to get a free sample. Can't find it anywhere.

thanks,

Now I see. There is NOT a free sample. I am very interested in the Revival Soy, but it is much too expensive for me right now.

Does anyone know of a comparable alternative??

Thanks,

Bev, if you consider that Revival is a meal replacement, which it is, think of what that meal that you're replacing costs you.

I posted this in 2001: When you think about other things, it's not all that expensive. I get the family shipments, 2 months at a time, and that makes it about $1.30 a day. I believe that one $tarbuck$ coffee costs more than that. Considering that I use my Revival as a meal replacement, I don't think that I could get any meal for under $1.30 these days.

Revival shakes have gone up to about $1.60 a day, and I'm sure that $tarbuck$ has gone up as well - but the coffee doesn't bring nearly as many benefits.

I keep thinking about the cost too. It is kind of high considering that I was spending $20 a month on progesterone cream. But I think I will continue it.
