Has anyone ever tried the natural hormone creams and do they work? My systems are erratic. hands numb, arms kinda numb and weak sometimes, shoulder tension like you would not believe, headaches and on the fringe of panic attacks. Only when I think I have some serious medical problem. Could not write a cheque at the grocery store the other day, fingers felt stiff like i had been out in the cold. What helps other people? I see so many women at the grocery and wonder if they are feeling like me? I have never heard of any one feeling this way until I found this web site. Only hot flashes and noight sweats do you hear about.

Hi I've tried them and they work. The problem is that some of them are not as strong as others, and some are merely expensive lotions. Because of that some women try them and say they don't work, when in actuality the brand they purchased did not have enough of the progesterone as advertised!!!

Hi Louisa,

I have tried the natural progesterone cream and it did work for me. I have it compounded so it is a higher dosage than what is available in over the counter forms. It made a big difference for me. I was having the same peri symptoms as you and thought I was losing my mind. But things are much better since I started using the cream. You do have to have a prescription for the cream when it is compounded in higher dosages.
