I get one pimple every month like clockwork, just one when I get my period. Is there anything I can do to prevent this since I know it's evitable I will get it? My skin gets really oily right before my period and I always get a cystic type pimple. I never used to get anything like this but since peri hit now I can pretty much count on this. My skin is clear the rest of the time.

I don't think there's really anything we can do to avoid pimples - it's like when we were adolescents.

I've been having pimples on my nose lately - looks like Rudolph! Added to the wrinkles, I don't need this!

I cover them up with Estee Lauder's concealer, which works great.

It is annoying. By the time I get the first one cleared up it's time to get my period and I start all over again! I'm going to try to use a toner (for oiliness) the week before my period - HAHA - if I can figure out when my period is due to arrive, that is.
