Had another culture done and this is my 3rd or 4th strep vaginal infection. Any ideas what causes this. My Gyn said there could be many factors. I hate to rely on antibiotics everytime. Would acidophilus work as it does with yeast infections?

Pat, I'm not sure, but I believe that acidophilus does work by balancing the flora in the vagina. It's good for your stomach too!
