Hi Ladies,
I've started NHRT a little more than a month ago. Take Biest sublingual (1.25) x2 daily, prometrium (100mg), and testosteron (subligual). I started feeling somewhat better: less anxious, better mood, softer and tighter skin, lvaginal dryness and itching is gone, head hair re-growth, etc. But I feel that bi-est wears out in the afternoon, and I have bouts of fatigue and energy slumps, which are not associated with low blood sugar before I can take my evebning dose. So I am thinking may be it's better to switch to Vivell dot patch, which suppose to provide constent estrogen supply throughout the day. I would appreciate you sharing your experince. Any input is welcome.

Dina! I'm finding the exact same thing with the biest. Let me know what you find. It sounds like at least things are heading in the right direction? I sure hope so!

I hope so too but after three more or less regualr cycles, i started my oeriod again this time after 17 days... oh well, I can't think it's biest, but we will see.

I tried biest and it didn't seem to do much of anything. Estradiol tablets seem to work much better. blink.gif
