Okay girls here we go again. I have been shivering for days now. I dont have a virus either....just in this constant state of agitation.....the internal shakes so to say. I am noticing when I get a real cold chill run through me that my skin gets blotchy.....a mottly look to it. anyone else notice the same thing?

YUP:
Your blood does not want to be cold. So the red blood cells leave the blood vessels in you extremeties in droves and go to protect you internal organs against Hypothermia. The absense of the red blood cells, leaves a pasty white pattern on your skin. Think of the people who have experienced frost bite, their previously frozen digits will turn white at the slightest drop in temperature.
It's Normal.

My body does the same thing when I'm cold--motley red, white, and blue. I always knew it was from being cold but not WHY. Thanks for the explanation, Linderful!

Well Thank God it aint just me. It happened last nite and hubby looked at me like I was growing a second head or something.........He is like."whats up with your arms and your face? I of course am like "OMG WHY?????????" thinking the worst. Then he realized he should have just been silent. I have seen my legs and arms do it but never noticed it on my face. Mind you usually I am wearing makeup and yesterday was a makeup free day. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........the lites come on in my world. LMAO.
