blink.gif Anybody have a rash between breasts? I've had this a few weeks now. Girlfriend told me it's fungal, and to use blow dryer and hydrogen peroxide. Tried that, and jock itch spray. Went to nurse practitioner. she scraped and said "you've killed it"- the fungus.

But I continue to have redness and itching. Aloe vera cream and moisturizer help temporarily. At night or when I'm stressed the itching starts and I can't keep from scratching!!! At times looks like rash is fading, but it's really not going away.

Sorry to be so gross!! I know I'll get some help from my meno sisters, or at least a listening ear(which is also great medicine) tongue.gif

Lynlyn, try some "Gold Bond Powder" for a couple of weeks. I would also take some benedryl during this time.

Have you applied ice, when it becomes itchy...this has helped me...dont know if it is because it numbs the nerves or what but I do recieve some relieve.

I take it you maybe large chested, and the fungus maybe have been caused from sweat ...?

Sweat rash between the boobs? The Pharmacy gave me Canestan cream. Applied a couple of times a day, it soon clears it up.

From time to time I have this under my left breast. My gynecologist recommended Gyne-Lotrimin which is the female version of the Lotrimin for jock itch.

The Gyne-Lotrimin is over the counter and works well for me.

I used gyne-lotrimin and powder at night.
I used desitin and powder during the day.

it was pretty yuky in the mid-dusting, but i got rid of it.

Hi there;

I'd had a rash under and between my breasts for way too long. It burned, and Itched and hurt and peeled. I finally found out that it is a Fungus, a very common fungus, and was given a prescription for I think a compounded ointment. It is CLOTRIMADERM CREAM and 1% HC POWDER 1%HC IN CLOTRIMAZOLE CREAM.
I was just reading it right off the cream jar. Man did it work well. No more peeling, no more burning, no more itching, no more stains on my bras. What a relief.

Linderful, Glad it worked!!!! I've had that, too--fortunately for me, my hubby's jock itch medicine did the trick. I know--ewwww--but, it worked!! biggrin.gif

I've had that rash under my breasts, too. I use Balmex (the baby diaper rash stuff) at night and that does the trick for me.
