I have been using Revival for a couple of years now and it has done wonders for me. I recently decided i want to lose a few pounds so i went on a low carb diet, I don't think i should mention the name of the diet (very popular one)..I have been sticking to the diet according to the book . I haven't had REVIVAL in three weeks since i started the diet. Is anyone on a diet or really watching their weight and using REVIVAL ? i never lose weight while I was using REVIVAL but now i have finally lost 10lbs. I want to keep it off, should i try the low carb bars now??? any comments. Pudge
