Okay I dropped 15lbs with the South Beach diet, however the last week I put on almost 5lbs??? I haven't had a period in over 3 months (the longest stretch yet) and the past week it feels like my body is *trying* to have a period. Could my body be retaining water from phantom periods? This has to be water retention because I look soft and sort of puffy.
Two steps forward, three steps back. This is aggravating to say the least.
