Hi I am new to this forum. Its really great to have a forum like this to share and solve problems.
Can any one tell what peri menopause is?? I am 24 , so in what stage am i ?
I feel constipated atleast 2 days a month after that I will have diareah 2 to 3 days...
I heard some where constipation is sympatom of menopause and peri menopause.
