Hi Lynda,
I feel for you and it's just so confusing when our bodies change to where we just can't figure out what our body is going to do next.
I know every woman is different but when I began to notice my body changing, my periods were more frequent and I just never knew when I would get my next period. Went to the doctor and was tested for endometrosis (which I didn't have then but did got 3 years ago).
Like you, I would get symptoms earlier and lasting longer than normal. It's like a roller-coaster ride, just hanging on to see what your body does next.
My only suggestion is to see your doctor as I did. Even if it is monthly or bi-monthly - make an appointment. If anything, it will give you peace of mind. I had to do that when I was having 2 periods per month but they became such flooding periods that I had to sleep on the bathroom floor at times due to the excessive amount of blood I was passing. He put me on a regimine of pills that would stop the period but I had to make an appointment to see him several times just for that.
Hang in there Lynda and I hope your symptoms improve.
Hugs,
Tina
