Hi everyone;
I wasn't sure were to post this so if anyone knows, let me know and I will post it in the correct place.
I have a book that is a great read. The title is:
The Wisdom of Menopause and is written by Christiane Northrup, M.D.
It tells about meno, peri meno and how we change physically and mentally. It is really helping me at this point. If you get a chance, go to the library or bookstore and buy it as it is worth reading.

Correction to the last book.
It's my Ovaries, Stupid. Don't know the name of the author as my daughter has it at present.
I think I am suffering from information overload.
