Hi all. Im just wondering if theres anything that can help with muscle twitches.. Medications, creams, etc.. Someone here posted about a cream called ortho flex saying that it helped with their twitches. Im open to any suggestions. Thanks all.

Also, I have been taking about 300-500 mg of magnesium a day along with calcium, and it has not seemed to help. Is this working for anyone else? Thanks.

There's a whole other section in here on muscle twitching, internal shakes, vibrations, buzzing....check it out. It appears it's common, and I was surprised to find this associated with perimenopause.
I have added magnesium and that has resulted in a big improvement (although the twitches are not totally gone). I am taking cal/mag/zinc tablet 3 times a day - total magnesium is 400 mg. Plus there is another 100 mg in my multi. Be careful though. You have to start small with magnesium and work your way up as it will cause diarreah if you don't give your body the chance to get used to it. If you find you have bowel issues, reduce your dose the next day and then slowly start working back up again. I have gone from only being able to take the mag one time a day to 3 times a day, but it's taken a few weeks.
