I need something that can get rid of the blemishes on my chin and fast! I have a party to attend this Sat. I feel like I am in my teens, never had trouble with my skin until now. What can I use?

I have the brain fog thing going on so the name isn't coming to me, but there are little stick-on-overnight-things with salicylic acid. If no one comes up with it, I'll look it up when I get back from dropping kids off.
