Hi, I"d like to find out if there are any vegan's out there who are going thru menopause/perimenopause and if they feel their diet plays a role in their symptoms (feel better or worse).  Why?   Do you eat soy (tofu, tempeh, soymilk, etc)?  Do you feel eating soy has eased the hot flashes/symptoms?  What kind of vegan diet do you eat? (meat analogs, whole grains, organic, more/less raw, etc)  How much if any sugar do you consume?  If you do have symptoms, what are they?I was just curious, as I have found diet plays a big role in how I feel each day and was wondering if anyone else has linked diet with symptoms.    thx
