hi ladies, just wondering if anyone has tried the rivival firm foundation multivitamins and minerals? i need to know if these capsules has IRON in them. the doctor said to take a good multivitamin and mineral, calcium with d, b vitamins and NO IRON. been looking for a month for a good product. just recieved the revival soy shakes and thinking of the vitamins and enzyme capsules. thanks

The Revival Foundations multivitamin/minerals have no iron in them. I have
taken them but they have very small amounts of Bs, calcium etc.

I like Power Surge's Active Woman's Multivitamin/mineral. It does have iron in
the formula. It also has herbs. For all you get and the quality it is also a
good value for your money. The product is helpful.

I find that Twin Lab has good quality vitamins also.
