Would anyone know a practitioner who prescribes bio identical hormones in the UK?

I am sure I read in a book,Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom by Christianne Northrop something about a centre in the UK. It's in the back of the book. Unfortunately I can't find my copy at the moment but will post when I find it.. Unless anyone else can help?
