Hi ALl,

I'm new to this site, but I have had vaginal dryness for a few years. What I found out that hleps a lot is aloe gel. Not the juice. I grow aloe vera, so I split open a small section and remove the thick gel with my thumb and ues it intervaginally. It is very slippery too. So it really helps when you have problems walking, sitting. If you do not have the plant, I use ALoe vera gel from the health food store. SOmetime I even put vit. E in also.

Has anyone else use Aloe for this?

Hi Greeg,

Welcome to Power-Surge!

That's great advice, about using aloe for vaginal dryness. I have this problem too, and will have to try it. (Guess I'll have to move the aloe plant closer to the bed, LOL)

Thanks so much for the suggestion.

I've never used it there but it works wonders on burns.

I know what you are thinking Julie. Behave! laugh.gif

Aloe gel is very good for fading scars.
