First tiime to ask a question. Great place for help.
I am a first time grandmother (age 62). When I babysit for an extended period of time, the hot flashes get worse. Is this usual? I have been in menopause for about 10 yrs, and thought I was getting better!

When I've felt a bit overwhelmed the heat of the flash is worse and lasts longer (i'm 50). Perhaps it combines with the anxst!
