Just a meno observation:
I am one angry woman. My irritablity is getting worse and worse. I want to bite people's heads off. I don't care who I snap at either. No one is immune to my wrath. I think nothing of leaving bodies on the side of the road LOL! Is there anything aside from placing a cork permantely in my mouth to curb this irritablity???

gena-
Totally can relate. I opened my mouth yesterday and let people have it. It actually felt good, menopause may end up being healthy for me, I usually bottle my feelings and suffer through life, now I am expressing my true feelings regardless. Feels good.

Feels good doesn't it? I have been letting go at work too, the people I work with are all selfish and me me me people that would step all over you to be out the door at 4:30 while you stay or get stuck staying late (since I handle the money, get no extra pay for staying) and help the last person at the window- someone always comes in at 4:29 with some problem and they always have to get out of there and do something every single day some important thing right after work-yeah like beat the other person to their car and get out of the parking lot first.I have been a real beeaatch at work lately and I think that I like it!!!!!!

For around a year, I was getting in fights
with anyone and everyone. When your
cantankerous with your dentist, that's
bad. I've apologized to more people
during peri. Someday I hope to look back
on this and laugh. Well rage beats
depression, but neither are my favorite
emotional states. Before my period this
month the entire world, including myself,
was just plain stupid. And that was a
good cycle.lol

yeah, i can relate. where i worked it was the lawyers that knocked everyone out of the way coming off the elevators. i once told an irritating panhandler in the parking lot to go stand in front of the building at 5:00 and get the really big bucks. my favorite episode was when we had a fire alarm in a multi-story building and all the lawyers were asked to go down first. none of them refused!
