Hello ladies, it has been a while since I posted, have had a bad summer, but I would like to say that I have had an annoying tingling and numbness feeling in my left leg, arm, fingers, and toes. somedays it is very bad, I think maybe it is a blocked artery or poor circulation, or a pinched nerve, don't know what to think, I guess I just let it go as another symptom, of which I ran the gamut. Don't know what to think anymore, does anyone else get this very annoying feeling.

Hi Buttercup, I get a frequent numbness in the left hand - but only the ring finger. I have written it off as carpel tunnel where I constantly use my hands at work on the computer, etc. I sometimes get tingling and numbness in the toes and fingers, and even sometimes in the lips/facial area. But it is usually mild and goes away within a short amount of time. If your numbness is bothering you that much, ask your Doc about it. If nothing else, it will surely give you a piece of mind!! HUGS!

Hi Kleeo, thanks for you input, it is more of an annoyance than a fear I guess, assumed it was another symptom, but thought I'd check to see if others were experiencing the same... When will it ever end?sad.gif

HOPEFULLY it will all end soon, Buttercup. I know I'm sick of it for sure! One day one symptom, the next day another. Jeesh. How much do they expect us to endure? lol! Hang in there! HUG!

I too have experienced some aching in the joints of both shoulders and elbows over the past two years. When I play the mandolin, my wrists and fingers really hurt. I hope this is not arthritis and I believe there is some muscle strain involved. My hubby and I went for a spin in his canoe a couple of days ago, and the paddling made my arms really sore. I can't believe this is happening to me, up until just a couple of years ago I had none of these problems. Yoga helps, but I have found it more beneficial in the evening, after a day of movement, rather than first thing in the morning. Good luck.
