I have a had a crazy year w/ no answers, just like most of you! I haven't had a period in almost 2 years (I am 39) and the Drs. have check everything from pituitary tumor to the endometrium. I had the Provera challenge & the prometrium challenge w/ no withdrawal > I liked the prometrium better then the provera. I am supposed to try out a "ring" for low dose estrogen to protect my bones. What is the best low dose estrogen w/out side effects. Birth control always made my hair fall out and I want to avoid this. I am looking for the "magic" answer - a hormone that works, gives me my mind & energy back and does not cause me to lose my hair. Any Advice ..please !
