The U2U Instant Messenger is a special feature the Power Surge Mesage Board offers. It's similar to a mini mailbox, but it has to be maintained and cleaned out just as you do your email. When you don't clean out your U2U messages it causes an overload on the server and creates the potential for board problems. This is already happening. Please DELETE ALL messages (incoming AND outgoing) you don't need in your U2U boxes or they will be automatically DELETED by the boards every 30 days. It's very simple to delete messages. You can go into your U2U Messengas by clicking on "U2U Instant Messenger" from the main screen. Put a check mark in the boxes next to the messages you don't need and click on "Submit changes" on the bottom. Do this in your "Incoming" and "Outgoing" U2U Messages. If U2U messages are not deleted by our members we will have no option but to use the "Clear ALL U2U Messages" option through the Administrative area. So, please take a look and see which messages you don't need and delete them as soon as possible. Those you wish to keep you can easily save to your hard drive by copying and pasting the messages into an editor and saving them. Thank you. Dearest
