Does anyone sometimes feel full even when you eat just a few bites? I don't get this very often but sometimes when I swallow I feel like it won't even get down to my stomach. Do hormones affect your digestion like that too???

Yes I feel full easily, and this is particularly distressing because I'm trying to eat more. I lost 13 pounds this winter due to anxiety, and I really didn't have it to lose. And I was wondering the same thing myself - does the hormone imbalance also affect the digestive system?

Yes, I'm like that too. I usually end up having my breakfast cereal for lunch and then have our main meal in the evening. I then spend the rest of the evening snacking which I know is so bad for me.
When(?) I go away I really can't eat I feel so anxious.

Margid, hormones definitely affect your digestion. I'm finding it doesn't take much to fill me up anymore either. I just had an upper endoscopy so I know everything is okay. I guess it's just getting older!
