Thursday Power Surge Live! Web ChatsCoping With The Anxiety, Depression and PanicAssociated With MenopauseMarch 7, 9 PM, EST

Acceptance doesn't happen overnight. It takes a great deal of practice. It's also very difficult for many to do when they're not feeling well, but there's a method behind the madness of menopause. We go through it with a mind-set that changes as our bodies change. However, after these years of discomfort, we're so glad when it's over that a feeling of gratitude evolves. No matter how we've changed, we're glad to have survived! Menopause may be the catalyst behind the acceptance we come into naturally. We must dwell more on how much we've accomplished and how much more we've yet to do with our lives, rather than what was. Those days simply aren't coming back, so we may as well make the most of what we have now and what we can grow to tomorrow.

It's time to learn to indulge ourselves with things like long walks, quiet time, massages, facials, inventing  relaxing rituals and making them a part of our lives.
