Hello All, I have a question about the bio identical creams. I had been using the creams from Dr. Erika and they were working fairly well. It was just not that easy to get adjustments through them. I have found a new Dr. in my town who works with bio identicals and has a pharmacy in a neighboring town who compounds for her. My question is this: The new cream is much thinner and harder to rub in than Dr. Erika's. Dr. Erika said always use the same place to apply but this Dr. says change places. By the time I try to rub in 1/4 teaspoon of Biest and 1/4 teaspoon of testosterone I feel like I have rubbed it all over my body. How is that going for you others out there? And do you have any tips on applying it? Sara

hi sara, im confused about the same things. one person will tell me to rub it in diff. places to avoid over saturation and another tells me to rub it in the same place for a whole month and then switch to another place! and also im told to rub it only in certain places and not other places by one person and another person tells me NOT to use those places! i just always rotate every time i use it and hope it works. i wish there was someone out there that knew for certain. good luck!
