I'm dying to try some of the Revival Soy nuts. I just can't decide which ones to order! Chocolate, salted, unsalted, barbecue..........!!! My sister claims that eating soy is the BEST thing that she's done for her diet. SO I'm going to give it a try! I drink soy milk, but only at night and NOT faithfully

- thinking I could munch on the nuts during the day at work. Has anyone tried the revival brand and do you have any thoughts on the different flavors? I'm leaning towards the chocolate coated (LOVE CHOCOLATE!) Or the barbecue.....LOVE barbecue chips....*sigh* I should probably just buy one of each! lol

Just a warning my friend -- I know how your tummy is, and soy nuts could give you a good case of the vapors!

LOL MERYL!! Well, the GOOD part, is I live alone!!!

The bad part it, I SURE don't wanna irritate the ole stomach any further!!!

Maybe I'll try a bag of the 'plain' salted....barbecue would probably NOT work, huh?

I haven't tried them but would like to get more information on how to get them. I eat alot of brocolli, nuts, raisins, etc already so maybe I won't get the gassiness that was mentioned.
Can you tell me where I can find them?
Thanks,
Tina

Kleeo,
You are wonderful - thanks for the link.
The shakes sound great along with the soy nuts. I'm placing my order for the chocolate soy nuts and vanilla shakes this weekend. I'm even tempted to try to coffee.
My best friend back home has been drinking soy shakes from GNC for years and has tried to get me to try them. They not only helped her lose weight but her complection changed from dull to flawless within a short period of time.
I could stand to lose about 15 pounds but most of all I would like to reap the benefits of the soy with this endemetrosis problem of mine.
Thanks & have a great weekend.
Tina

I bought the Capaccino Shakes, Chocolate Bars and received the sample pack of other goodies (Chips, different shakes flavors). I thought I would give them a try due to the dizziness I have and Blood pressure spiking. They are delicious and my BP is down to normal and the dizziness is tolerable. I read all the information that came with my shakes, was impressed and have signed up for automatic deliveries. I would not want to be without Revival Soy. It has made a significant difference in my daily life. I ordered the chips and the nuts to snack on. I truly feel great in just a short period. (10 days only) I know this is different for everyone and how soon they notice improvements. My husband can tell the difference in my physical well being and the attitude that accompanies it!! I went to the Revival Soy article and read that and then ordered from there. I also called the 800 # yesterday with questions on reordering and they are wonderful and very helpful. I give Revival Soy a 100% recommendation and am sending in friends names to try this product. Please read the article on Revival Soy and thank you Dr. Tabor for developing this product.
Good luck.

well...since nobody seems to know the isoflavone content of revival soy nuts i am assuming that soy nuts are soy nuts regardless of the brand and they all must be about the same...so tonight i have started eating 1/4 cup of BBQ nuts hoping the hot flashes and night sweats will ease up some within a month.
But...someone told me that it is not a good idea to eat/use anything that has an estrogenic affect without using progesterone cream along with it...is that true?It was my understanding that a phytoestrogen, such as soy, would have an estrogenic affect only if needed and if not needed it would have an anti-estrogenic affect.Which way is right?

I found this on another site:
One serving of Revival Soy Nuts Snack provides 5 grams soy protein, ~ 10 milligrams soy isoflavones (Genistein, Daidzein, Glycitein) & ~ 100 milligrams Saponins.
what are saponins???

I would think that you'd have to eat too many of them to get enough isoflavones to help.
I can't have those around - when I've had samples of them from the guest chats, they were just too tempting to grab and snack on.
