For the last 2 month's my breast are not sore . It is hard for me to tell when my period would be each month, as I had a hysterectomy. My ovaries were left so I would get the sore breast, PMS and all that goes with it. This happened about 1 1/2 years ago where my breast were not sore for about 2 or 3 month's. This is very strange for me as they always get sore. I wonder if I might be getting closer to menopause and my hormones are really low? I still get the hot flashes though. any ideas would be welcome. thanks, have a good day.

I too haven't had sore breasts in a couple of months. I have my GYN exam in April and will be tested then.
The way I look at it, it's one less thing to complain about...can't be a bad thing (can it:o)
Be well!

Hi nanna,
Relax and enjoy the end of the soreness!! It's one of the "gifts" I'm experiencing in peri-menopause. I've had godawful cysts since puberty, and find it such a relief to have months without pain. The last stretch was about 6 months, until i had a period in February again. In fact, that's how I know a period will come - the breasts start getting tender. My breast-health specialist has told me that the soreness will be completely gone with postmenopause - yay!
Right now I'm swollen and especially tender, very ready to be done, so I can go back to sleeping on my belly!!!
