I have been reading more and more about , estogen dominance during menopause, which it seems causes most of the sypmtoms, Perimeno syptoms (and i have most of them).

I have had one cause of synthetic progestrone and did feel better for the 10 days I was on it, but It is not the same chemical make up as the natural Prgestrone. So would like to try the cream . Although I belive it is banned for Sale in Canada, so could be expensive to import it from the USA, but if it works , it would be worth it. I have suffered depression at puberty, and after two of my children were born , thes were the worst one requieing hospitalization, also for 3 days of each month, I found that no antidepressants worked for me, so now that the depression, is back, I would ratther try hormones to treat it, when i know its what is causing it.

I would be really pleased to know of anyones experiences with Natural Progestrone Cream . thank you

Check the health food stores for the progesterone cream. I have seen it for sale there (in BC).

Progesterone/progestins make me more
depressed. I have had severe PMS for years
and personally I think progesterone is one
of the culprits. Anti-depressants have pooped
out for me, as well. The internet would be a
good source. I have a big fat tube full of
Progest, but won't touch the stuff. Different
things work for different people. Right now
I'm exploring the beta endorphin angle,
because I have absolutely tried everything.
My period must be coming. I"m so depressed,
I can't think straight. I get the anxious type of
depression. This is hell!!! I was worrying
that this perimenopause is perpetual, that
I'm just a wimp, that other's function just fine.
My son explained, I'm in the middle of a war.
"Don't worry about the end of the war, fight
today's battle," he said. He also said I'm
no wimp.
