Yep, sometimes we can do our best to mess up our bodies!
Perhaps, if you begin rebuilding your body's defenses, and work hard to give it the proper nutrition and exercise, it will wake back up!
I know that 46 isn't that unusual of an age for being in perimenopause, like I am right now, but I know that years of emotional stress have contributed to my condition greatly, so I guess the best we can do is try our best from now on to do what we can to be healthy.
