For me , the worse bit of perimenopause ( I seem to have been heading for this thing for YEARS while still having periods) is being super sensitive to heat, but especially cold. The wierd thing is, that I get cold patches. I can be warm all over but have one very cold arm, or part of my leg or back. I had spoken to quite a few older women as I felt worried about it, and a couple of them seemed to think that it was common as your hormones went haywire. I still get it to the point of it making me miserable. I would be very grateful to hear from anyone else that suffers in this way. Eliza

For the past 2 months I've had a peculiar sensation on the top of my feet and hands. A burning sensation. If I place one leg on top of other the burning is unreal. Keeps me up at night. It has subsided and then come back stronger. Many times inbetween I'll have cold, cold feet. I don't know where to turn to end this miserable feeling I'm living with every day. I'm 52 and know I'm going through Meno but are my systems related to this?
