Here is a sure fireball of a question. How did you get your partner (for me that's a hubby) to take these raging hormones seriously? All I've gotten in the past is "feminine issues" with a sneer, from him. He throws a tantrum whenever I go to the doc, so I go once a year if I'm brave enough. I get the feeling that I'll need to go more often as the journey progresses, so I can monitor my levels. I think the past few months have scared him a bit, because the "green eyed monster" is appearing more often and during my period the migranes, flooding, and fatigue have me nearly immobilized. (Anyone else go through a jumbo pack of overnights in 24-36 hours?) So, how do you convince a very immature male that this is serious business? He doesn't seem to get "If mama ain't happy, ain't no one happy." tongue.gif:P

If he's a very immature male, there may be no help for him. But you can try to talk to him; buy him a book; register him here and have him read the posts for men only. If all that fails, ignore him. smile.gif And if you have to ask his permission to go to the doctor, well,... I better keep my counsel to myself.... In any event, your "change of life" is more important than your "changing him" at this point. Take care of you, first. Good luck! Susan
