then i thought i'd get my period in january but it never came then they got worse and worse..

so since it seems i've been doing an every other month period that it may come this month.

what i'm wondering if when it does come does that the hot flashes go away/

does it like regulate you back to "normal' what ever that is?

or do they just continue on their merry little way/thank you guys, you all are great!
