Hi everyone....I have been on the ProGest, natural progesterone for about a week and was doing wonderful.  Last night out of no where the night sweats started about 2am, and again I was awake for most of the night.  I am still at it this morning.  WHY???  Has anyone else gone through this?? Is there anything else that I can do.  I cannot go back to not sleeping.  I already feel lousy with a viral infection kicking around in my lungs, and I am so tired..ANY suggestions APPRECIATED......Thanks so much, Deb

Hi Deb,We should have met in the chat room last night--I had a hot flash that lasted most of the night!  So much for sleep!  Anyway, if you haven't already been there, try going to the board on "Naturally Compounded Hormones", and then to the topic "I think I'm Back".  There are some posts about progesterone cream, and also some suggestions of where to go for other answers.  I hope this helps.  Here's to a good night's sleep for us both!  :confused:Debbi
