I've had hot flashes for several years but tonight is different.  I feel light headed, the back of my neck is burning, I'm shakey, anxious and not feeling well.  My periods were regular until the last 2 months.  Now I've bled or spotted for all but 6 days in the last 30.  Is this another phase of hot flashes?  They  have been coming in waves all evening.  

I am on HRT (Avista) and have been on 20 mg Prozac for less than a month after suffering with depression for 3 years.

Suzanne...  If I were you I would take a hard look at the Prozac.
