Hi everyone,

I'm new to this menopause/hot flush world. I had a TAH/BSO 2months ago. I'm on "Ogen" doc has increased the dosage but it hasn't helped with the hot flush. I wake up in the morning flushed and stay that way all day. I can't seem to cool down, yesterday has been my worst with today no better. We are in Summer (we seem to have skipped spring-officially summer 1st Dec), and even with the air conditioner going I can't cool down. My face and neck burn all day. I've tried the ice packs on the back of the neck, the face etc. I was wondering without having to up the estrogen what else I could possibly  take (natural) that may help.

ThanksDebbie

Debbie;

i can relate all to well with the "flushes".  i use to have them constantally, all day long until i started on the Paxil.  it's for depression and it does seem to help somewhat.  i still have my days where i feel flush alot, but no where near as bad.  mine too just seem to be in my face and neck.
