Hi everyone,   I'm 53 and in perimenopause.  I was sooooo hot my entire life....sweating all the time.  Now that I'm in perimenopause, I don't get hot anymore!!  I don't have hot flashes.....but I seem to have spells of dizziness.  Do any of the rest of you have dizziness as a perimenopausal symptom?  It's a drag.  Thanks!

Hi Cathy, I have had periods of dizziness with the hot flashes too!!  I always say though that if it persists, then please mention it to your docor.  There are many things that can cause us to be dizzy....you may want to consider a check up!!  Good Luck...this is an interesting time in our lives to say the least!!!  :>)
