Thank you for your post..I didn't want to think I was the only one that had this reaction to the soy.
There are alot of posts on this subject on other boards--both pros and cons. I would strongly urge you to go to the Recommendations page on this site, and read about what Dr. Aaron Tabor has to say about Revival Soy----it will also give you info on other types of soy. You can read this by going to: http://www.power-surge.com/recommend.htm or by going to the drop down Quick Links menu at the top of this, or any other page and click on Recommendations. You can also ask Dr. Tabor questions via email. After you have read that information, you may want to check out the message board " Revival Soy/Soy Isoflavones". Soy is like any other meno "easer"---you have to find the right kind, the right amount, and the right time to take it. Nothing works for everyone, but do take the time to do some research on this site about what Revival has done for so many women, since soy seems to be your method of choice for maintenance at this time. Hope this helps some.

My hot flashes weren't too bad, but I had awful, intensive, random itching and that was what was driving me the craziest. I was very worried when I was going off the HRT and onto the Revival that this itching would come back and then I didn't know what I would do. That was nearly 5 years ago now, and my symptoms haven't ever come back. I can't even remember my last hot flash.
Dearest has provided a whole board to talk about Revival and other soy products at Revival Soy / Soy Isoflavones. You might want to read other people's questions and concerns there.
To me, and many others, Revival has been a godsend. I have always been a "soy person" with tofu, soy milk, Boca Burgers and the rest, but nothing helped like the Revival has.
Best of luck to you.
I know we are all different physically, and Revival helps some of us with the flashes and some of us with other symptoms. It's done enough good for my brain fog, dry mouth & eyes, anxiety, weird dreams at night and so much of the misery that I can endure the flashes. Actually, the flashes might be even a little improved because last summer my clothes were always damp and this summer I don't sweat as much.
